The Möbius is a topological form without distinction between front and back. This architectural ensemble employs the symbolism of the Möbius to reveal the harmony of two realms: the pristine nature of Antipodes Island and human society. Though they never completely intermingle, they exist as inseparable sides of the same continuum.

The composition unfolds along an axis stretching from the boat landing to the summit of Mount Galloway. Along this path stand the Möbius Spa, two Möbius Villas, and, at the peak, the Möbius Observatory. 

Each structure arises from the rotation and torsion of rectangular volumes. Although they appear curved, they are composed of straight lines, allowing the components to remain linear. This rationalization enables feasible construction under the limited conditions of the uninhabited island, where fabricating complex curved surfaces would be impractical.

A panoramic pathway links these elements, unveiling the grandeur of the Antipodes landscape. The Möbius surface channels sunlight efficiently onto the rooftop solar panels, while rainwater glides along the roof and is directed into the courtyard’s reflecting pool, where a subterranean filtration system purifies it. The ensemble becomes a retreat where nature and society, once opposed, are reconciled through the continuous geometry of the Möbius.
