Residential complex in the microdistrict of the industrial zone of the city of Kazan

The concept of the residential complex was based on the idea of ​​​​creating a “moving” tower, developing dynamically not only vertically, but also horizontally thanks to shifting blocks of floors. The stylobate at different levels allows you to separate the public functions of the towers from each other, giving each building its own function.
Also in the towers themselves, public functions are located on the floors, accessed through the stylobate and underground parking.
The shape of the building corresponds to its functional purpose and has an artistic background - sliding blocks give dynamism and expressiveness to the building, forming a floor-to-floor variation of apartments with elements of summer premises - terraces, loggias and winter gardens.
