The project envisions an alternative to the mixed used development around the new SoFi Stadium, home of the Rams and Chargers. There is a significant lack of greenspace in the area and Los Angeles in general. This proposal tackles this problem by extending the greenspace from the Inglewood cemetery and connects it with the existing park, south of the site. The program of the masterplan is vast including commercial, entertainment, office, parking, housing, education, student housing, event spaces…etc. An uneven grid is established using the existing roads for access. This grid differentiates within the site which allows for the diverse programs.
The northeastern part of the masterplan is further detailed with commercial programs on the ground floor and housing on top. A concert hall, school and dorms are integrated and their interior workings are solved.
