Both Art and AI are constantly evolving. Both are based on the past, depicts the present, and imagine the future. Such nature of fluidity informs the structural system of the design: by using timber plates in the form of contours as floorplates and ceiling, the space and layout of the museum could adapt to the exhibition and the events held.
The passive relationship between art, artists and viewers is disrupted by the rise of AI, and so it is hoped to let the visitors to take part in art creation as well as curation. Data, like emotions, interest of the visitors, will be used to design a unique viewing route. In addition, the ceiling and floorplates will raise or sink with cable wires, to amplify the viewing experience. Such feature is also applied to the ground terrain. This strategy will then provide an opportunity for self-expression and social interaction.
In the future, “Artists” will be responsible for designing a method for art creation, while “viewers” could interact and create their own art. Similarly, the design of this AI museum is to set up parameters for the viewers to play with, thereby creating their own museum
