Connecting two thermal lakes of the Gosaikunda area of the Himalayas, a wellness retreat showcases a wide range of therapeutic treatments to visitors after a long hiking journey. The range of available resources calls for the design proposal to breathe nature into the life of the resort. Visitors can thoroughly explore its vicinity while contemplating the majestic views of the Himalayan mountain range. A complex of subliminal thermal baths in Bhairavkunda Lake appears from below its surface to offer visitors a wide range of baths to swim, socialize, and indulge in the ability of water to purify the body and soul. Hot water is distributed to the pools via underground conduits and are continuously purified by a natural filtration system with aquatic flora, vitalizing a mountainous ecosystem. 

The two thermal lakes also provide an opportunity for clean production of energy and microclimate optimization to other resort amenities. Furthermore, the concept of community engagement is demonstrated by group-related activities that aim to promote local health and wellness practices to inhabitants and visitors seeking to bond over common interests and goals. Users can benefit from social, cultural, and environmental harmony as they enlighten their senses among the extreme natural surroundings.
