Design of a Highrise – The Hexad

The aim in this project was to create an area landmark by the beautiful Hatirjheel Lake. The designed Highrise has a sculptural quality while serving for both the office employers and public coming to visit. The ground floor open outdoor amphitheater serves as a meet and greet area while enjoying a spectacular view of the Lake. It was designed considering the environmental factors with an aim to create a sustainable building. The highrise contains leisure zone, restaurant, meet area, auditorium, open cafe, commercial office floors, sky viewing etc.
