What if a big wall suddenly stood in the middle of a space where a few people live together? Can you see
with your own eyes what’s going on behind the wall? Also, the environmental impact that is experienced
must change depending on the wall. In this regard, it is clear that the way of life has changed over a long
period of time while interaction with each other has been blocked.

Neom City’s The Line Project is that wall mentioned earlier. Thanks to a large 500-meter-high barrier, one
may eventually turn into an ocean or become a barren land. What’s clear is that the wall split the fate of
Neom City, which had been flowing into one fate in a timely manner, in an instant in half.
