House of “Leafs”

House of “Leafs” is a residential project conceived with the purpose of establishing a new housing concept, highlighting the integration between environments and inhabitants, as well as adaptability, as main focuses. The objective was to promote a more holistic integration between housing and nature, while exploring the feasibility of adapting each environment according to momentary needs, whether related to climate, use, or the specific individual present in a given space.

The concept of microclimate is based on the creation of a broad and specialized structure, responsible for efficiently isolatng the external environment from the internal one. This isolation results in the formaon of an internal area that offers flexibility to be shaped in various ways. This enables the abundant incorporation of vegetation inside the dwelling, as well as the configura􀦞on of individual masonry modules.
Each room, thus, becomes a small building within a controlled environment, providing an innovative and integrated approach to the concept of housing.
