Bathing in the hot spring relieves fatigue and relaxes the mind and body. The brain waves in this relaxed state are similar to the brain waves during the early stages of training and praying. Common in various religions, training and praying are performed with the aim of achieving salvation. Bathing at the sacred Gosaikunda Lake, not only heals their travel fatigue but may also be a step towards salvation that goes beyond the boundaries of religion.
The bathtub is constructed so that the lake surface and the water surface of the bathtub are continuously flowing. An opening in the lake surface leads to an underwater and another opening leads to overwater. The structure, which has the appearance of two openings on the surface of the lake, minimizes its impact on the landscape and eliminates any religious aspects, thereby becoming a vessel for receiving the diverse backgrounds of the visitors.
As the cold wind crosses the surface of the lake and touches the warm water in the bathtub, its presence is expressed by the rise of steam. We create a place of relaxation and meditation where the naked body is surrounded by a solemn natural environment.
