High rise development is inevitable in city Seoul, where we live. In this city, we propose radical green topography which fluctuates by human population. We took a focus on sustainable interconnectedness on newly redeveloped high building. In Seoul, past average 15 floor buildings are about to be demolished and reconstructed. And all citizens desire more higher floors since the area is highly preferred site. In order to suggest an appropriate urban form which follows life, new tower should reflect both human’s socio-economic needs and coexistence of nature. So, we defined new material called “Seed Planted Concrete”, and this material allows residence to sprout their wanted area and make their own green spaces inside (Human’s socio-economic needs in Seoul). Overall building is based on standardized module structure and module spaces are interconnected. Since we don’t know how human population and environment changes in future, new tower’s void could alter flexibly. Seed Planted Concrete makes the empty residence area sprout entirely, making green void. And these voids forms fluctuating green mass, making urban building as “Human-Nature Topography” not “Grey Concrete Mass” (Coexistence of nature). We suggest “Living Tower” which changes real time, where human and nature are interconnected in Anthropocene city.
