Faced with increasingly larger cities and increasingly distant productions, the aim is to create an urban infrastructure that inserts programs associated with the countryside and the sea into the city. By storing all the different programs involved in a common market, we can control their production, processing and subsequent sale. Moreover, we can significally reduce waste due to a complex network of storage and facilities that make possible to repurpose it into a resource such as food for the animals, compost or biomass. This helps decrease not only the costs and sales prices but also the pollution that transportation would entail. It is therefore proposed to stack programs involving fishing, livestock and agriculture, at different levels and of different characteristics and types, as if it were a large exploitation in which the product travels only vertical distances to the consumer; in which you can see large slopes for grazing, terraces dedicated to intensive cultivation, a greenhouse, and a port that acts as a market and direct connection with the consumer. By eliminating intermediate aspects between product and consumer, and creating connections between different programs and processes, it is possible to reuse waste elements for another use, creating synergies in any part of the process between livestock, agriculture and fishing; reduce costs and sales prices; and a better relation between the market and the consumer.
