UIA-HYP Cup 2025 – International Team

Registration & Upload Instructions
All international teams must pay the registration fee using the link below. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a submission code (referred to as the “order number”) — a four-digit code such as #1234 or #9485. If you own a Golden Ticket, you can use your usual order number. Teams with students based in mainland China should register directly through the official HYP CUP website. Please note that all teams (both international and domestic) must submit their final ZIP file by attaching it to an email sent to uedmedia@163.com. The email subject line should be: “Entry Title (in both Chinese and English) + Submission Number”. If the ZIP is too large to attached, please upload to online file sharing website such as “WeTransfer” or “Google drive” and provide download link in the submission email. Entries will be printed and laid out by the committee. You can find more details about the submission requirements in the full brief here.

IMPORTANT! After purchasing the ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to compete a short form.
