Atelier Fraser is an office with operations, and emotional connections, to the Netherlands, Scotland, and beyond. Each project that we approach deeply refers to a particular story, metaphor, idiom, or other contextually relevant material. At the same time, this approach is always expressed through new technology, or thoughts of a different time. In doing so, the architecture and designs created are always surprising yet familiar. Our projects always celebrate a fascination with what has come before, and whatever traces have been left behind – if any are left at all. Often referring to a residential scale, our projects place a significant emphasis on creating quality through cultural expressions.
