The idea of the project involves the physical preservation of the historical facade and the modern use of an industrial building. Protection against vibration coming from the territory of the railway station is done by constructively raising the underground parking on the site. The student house has a climatic façade solution using a mullion-transom translucent system. We provided a safe and controlled space in the residential development at the same time as visual contacts between the internal and external contours of the block.
