Put the right attire on, safety gear and a hearty meal to prepare the body for a journey. With each pedal, let the mind simply run free from the mundane. Entering A Cyclist’s Utopia, our proposal carries a vision that integrates the dynamic cycling experience by redefining conventional housing ideas. Elevated as an endless and vibrant bicycle park, the proposal transcends traditional typologies and works constantly to foster a sense of community throughout the entire design. The gift of cycling is shared around the utopia intertwining communal living spaces and veledrome that loops from the ground up. 

On ground level, bustling bicycle cafes surround you as you collect your fully-charged e-bike from its custom parking. Ascending upwards, you are linked with vibrant tracks bringing you to pit-stops that provide all your social needs such as: self-repair workshops, “Cycle-Thru” cafe, and bicycle retail spaces. Gather your cycling buddies at the community kitchen or find new homes for old bicycle parts at the second-hand store! Land your favourite tricks on our multilevel-rooftop BMX park or simply a coffee on our rooftop gardens. Come embrace a new lifestyle, ushering into a reimagined experience that cycles along with the pulse of the community.
