The ECOWBOYS&GIRLS HOUSE is a concept of low budget, ecological and versatile habitation. It could be standalone or assembled to create a residence. Its regular 1.35m frame allows to easily to change uses of spaces if necessary. It is composed of a well isolated core and of an exoskeleton, all made of wood. 

The core, made in prefabricated panels, painted in white to limit heat from the sun’s ray, inhabits houses the housing section and the networks including rainwater recovery coming from the parasol roof. It includes, in the least bright area, storage spaces for bicycles or for storing the most intimate objects so that accommodation can be rented or exchanged easily during holidays.

The wooden exoskeleton allows you to create numerous outdoor spaces depending on your desires and budget which can be connected to each other by external stairs. It’s the perfect place to relax, have a drink with neighbours or reinflate your tires! This structure also allows the installation of photovoltaic panels, creates shelters for bicycles on the ground floor and growing vegetation vertically as vertical gardens.

Of course, no basement for car parking to limit the carbon footprint of the project as much as possible!
