Semkovo Coliving

Brief

The projects aims to create a flexible space for a Coliving building surrounded by mountains and nature. This project is a part of a competition in which I was awarded second place.The building is an older structure that will be refurbished in the near future. The idea is to create interesting and innovative spaces that people can use in different ways in a limited size of the room.

Design Philosophy

Inspired by the natural theme, abundance of trees and greenery the design wants to make the space feel balanced, harmonized and inspiring. The space was designed keeping in mind that the visitors will most likely spend a few months there and will continue on traveling after. For that reason there are separate spaces for cooking, storage, sleeping and socializing.
