Can I join a competition with a group?
A lifetime ticket provides access to all competitions for one person only. If you wish to participate as a team, each member must have an active membership. Alternatively, you can purchase a single competition ticket to grant access to the entire team (one ticket covers the whole group). As a PRO member, you receive a 20% discount on all single tickets. Please check your PRO tab, under ‘Open Competitions’, for your coupon code.
Where do I find my submission code?
The ORDER number you will receive with the first email is the code you must use to submit your project. The code is a four or five-digit order number, looking like #1234 or #98765. You can use this code to submit all present and future competitions. If you are looking for your order number, click on your avatar on the top right of the screen and select “my orders”.
