Parasitic architecture in a parasitic megastructure
The project is developed in anticipation of population growth. Imagining that there is no more land to build on, we take over the decommissioned oil platforms. Through a modular parasitic architecture, one defines the space of these parasitic megastructures in the middle of the sea, which until recently sucked oil from the seabed. Dwellings, public spaces, hanging gardens, and trees invade these new lands so that humans can continue to live.
