Imagine a farm market like no other, one that not only offers fresh produce but also champions sustainability. The concept introduces a game-changing element: a massive vermicomposting tower at its core. This 22-meter-wide, 19-meter-tall tower harnesses the power of vermicomposting, with worms transforming food waste into nutrient-rich bio-humus, ideal for cultivating fruits and vegetables.
What sets this project apart is its commitment to urban rejuvenation. The vermicompost tower, nestled amidst the farm market, breathes life into neglected urban spaces. Farmers fill the tower with organic waste, while worms work tirelessly, converting it into bio-humus. Once several tons of valuable bio-humus are produced, the project proposes repurposing the tower’s base into a versatile hub for the community. It can house a library, a food hall, an art gallery, and more.
The vision is to see farmers as modern-day city healers, not only providing fresh produce but also revitalizing urban spaces in need of a new lease on life. This project is akin to a seasonal circus on wheels, but with a purpose – to benefit nature and communities alike.
Join us in redefining the farm market experience, where sustainability meets urban renewal, creating greener, healthier cities one vermicompost tower at a time.
