Second Chance is imagined as life on earth post climate apocalypse. Water has taken over all lands, and human have taken to finding ways to survive deep within the depths of water. Destroying the world once, the human are making an active attempt to co-exist with the evolving marine life. With zero to no resources, humankind has embraced using construction waste and repurpose existing architecture. Nakagin, a modular tower in Japan has been adapted to help survive under water.

Nakagin once again becomes the beacon for change, a ray of hope, offering people a chance to reimagine a different way of life.
