Dalian is a city famous for its many squares. The inspiration of the design comes from the vertical squares of the city, but due to the city’s low urban green space, there is a focus on creating green space. By stretching the cylinder volume, so that both sides of each layer to form a ” green oxygen bar ” then by rotating it, along with changing size causes the formation of the building to seem sculptural awaking the city’s charm.
