An exploration into the panopticon as a vessel for communal living through the use of bamboo.

Inhabiting a PANOPTICON:
1) Retain primary structure as a protective barrier from the elements.
2) Layers of twisted bamboo frames create an interconnected web of spaces, providing varying levels of privacy whilst encouraging community interaction.
3) Adaptable roof fins respond to the changing environment. (e.g. ventilation, shade)
4) Cascading recycled fabrics adds warmth and individuality.
5) Observation tower is re-purposed as an outlet for communal resources (e.g. heat, food).
